Merlina Hill is the Founder and Lead Injector of Serenity Hill Aesthetics in Wichita Falls, Texas. She began her career in medical aesthetics at just 19 years old while working in a plastic surgeon’s office, where she spent over a decade gaining extensive experience both in and out of the operating room. Since opening Serenity Hill Aesthetics in 2022, the practice has rapidly grown into one of the region’s leading aesthetic destinations, earning the Community’s Choice Award for Best Medical Spa three consecutive years.
Merlina has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Providers in America and is a proud Allergan Platinum Plus provider, ranking in the top 7% of providers nationwide. She is also recognized among the top 1% of aesthetic practices in the United States by Med Aesthetics America. She is an active member of the American Med Spa.
Association and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, reflecting her commitment to continued education and excellence in aesthetic medicine.
Known for her artistic eye and attention to detail, Merlina specializes in creating natural, balanced, and undetectable results. She believes in customized treatment plans and evidence-based skincare protocols that focus on true skin health and long-term results rather than trends.
Outside of the treatment room, Merlina enjoys spending time with her husband, Coby, and their two sons, Hesston and Rhodes, enjoying country life just outside Wichita Falls, where they care for their dogs, cows, chickens and a miniature pony.
Sheridan Craig is a Registered Nurse with a background in critical care and a refined, results-driven approach to aesthetic medicine. Her experience in high-acuity critical care settings shaped her precision, clinical judgment, and commitment to delivering safe, intentional, and elevated patient care.
Now specializing in advanced aesthetics, Sheridan is known for her ability to address the aging process as a whole rather than chasing isolated concerns. Her expertise lies in collagen-stimulating and regenerative treatments, with a particular focus on Morpheus8 and Sculptra, strategically combined to restore structure, improve skin quality, and maintain natural facial balance over time. Her work is rooted in subtle, sophisticated enhancement, never overdone, always intentional.
Sheridan’s approach extends beyond the surface. Through Serenity Hill’s wellness program, she incorporates a holistic, inside-out philosophy that supports long-term skin health and overall vitality. By integrating medical-grade skincare, advanced treatments, and internal optimization including targeted supplementation and metabolic support, she helps patients achieve results that are not only visible, but sustainable.

Sheridan is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree with a concentration in women’s health, further expanding her ability to care for patients through every stage of life with a comprehensive and informed approach.
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the esthetics industry, bringing both knowledge and a personalized touch to every client she serves. She takes the time to truly listen, ensuring each treatment is tailored to meet individual skin goals while delivering exceptional results.
Her specialties include a variety of advanced and relaxing treatments such as customized spa facials, DiamondGlow, Glacial Rx, microneedling, and Lumecca-each designed to enhance skin health and confidence.
Outside of the treatment room, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her kids and staying involved in their busy afterschool activities.
Jami is an advanced certified permanent makeup artist with over 20 years of medical experience and five years specializing in permanent cosmetics, including brows, lip blushing, and eyeliner. For the past two years, she has expanded her services into lasers as a Senior Laser Technician, bringing advanced skin expertise into every treatment.
Known for her precision and elevated aesthetic, Jami creates customized, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique features—never overdone, always refined. Her signature style blends artistry with technique to deliver polished, confidence-boosting results clients trust.
She is also trained in microneedling and plasma fibroblast skin tightening and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the aesthetic industry. Outside of work, Jami enjoys time with her husband, Brad, and their children, Gracen and Tracen
