Appointment Policy

Here at Serenity Hill Aesthetics we aim to provide you with ample time for your appointment. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time and tardiness of more than 10 minutes will result in rescheduling. Fees for last minute rescheduling are addressed under cancellation policies.  

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

No refunds on Gift Certificates purchases. All gift certificates must be used within 12 months of the original issue date, no exceptions.

Children Policy

To provide a safe environment for you and your children, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures that your provider can safely provide you care as well as creating a relaxing environment for all clients. 

Morpheus + Permanent Makeup Booking Fee

When booking a morpheus or permanent makeup treatment session, a booking fee of $150 is to be paid at the time of booking. This booking fee holds your appointment time and is required in order to ensure we have ample time to abide by numbing protocols and keep you as comfortable as possible. This booking fee is non-refundable and will be credited towards your balance the day of your service. If you need to reschedule your Morpheus8 or Permanent Makeup appointment you must do so more than 24 hours in advance, and your fee will still apply to the new appointment. If you fail to cancel prior to 24 hours, or no show your appointment you booking fee will then be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new booking fee for your next appointment.   

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Serenity Hill Aesthetics we have a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure guests can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have a fee of $50 automatically charged to the credit card on file for all services booked.

If a client has no shown and/or late canceled 2 times, client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Serenity Hill Aesthetics.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow the Serenity Hill Aesthetics team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.
